I have been active in the Men's Movement since the early 90's and continue to participate regularly in the ManKind Project and other men's work programs. The knowledge and experience provided through a lifetime of work, study, family, friends, and cultures from around the world have taught me valuable lessons and insights into life's many ways of being, joys and challenges.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Affairs, a Master's in Business Administration (MBA), a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and a Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Spiritual Psychology--a holistic, transpersonal perspective that takes into account the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels of consciousness that are present in each of us.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for the past 12 years, I have worked with hundreds of children, families, adults, and couples to support their healing and growth. As a husband and father, I also enjoy practicing yoga, cycling, hiking, camping, and being in the great outdoors.
