The knowledge and experience provided through a lifetime of work, study, family, friends, and cultures from around the world have taught me many lessons and provided valuable insights into life's many joys and challenges. I have been active in the Men's Movement since the early 90's and continue to participate regularly in the ManKind Project and other men's work programs. I have worked with hundreds of children, families, adults, and couples to support their healing and growth.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Affairs, a Master's in Business Administration (MBA), a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and a Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Spiritual Psychology--a holistic, transpersonal perspective that takes into account the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels of consciousness that are present in each of us.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for the past 18 years, I continue my studies and training in PACT Couples Therapy, EMDR, Parenting, Addictions Counseling, and Relational Life Therapy. As a husband and father, I also enjoy practicing yoga, cycling, hiking, camping, and being in the great outdoors.
