The knowledge and experience provided through a lifetime of work, study, family, friends, and cultures from around the world have taught me many lessons and provided insights into life's many challenges and opportunities.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for the past 20 years, I have worked as a therapist and counselor in both clinical settings and in private practice with hundreds of clients, couples, families, and children to support their healing and growth. I continue my studies and training in Family Systems, Spiritual Psychology, Stan Tatkin's PACT Couples Therapy, Terry Real's Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Ellyn Bader's  Developmental Model, the Gottman Method, EMDR, Men's Issues, and Substance Abuse Counseling.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Affairs, Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling and Spiritual Psychology--a holistic, transpersonal perspective that takes into account the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels of consciousness that are present in each of us.

Beyond my profession and studies as a counseling psychologist, my focus is on being present as a loving husband and caring father while also enjoying practicing yoga, meditation, cycling, hiking, camping, climbing, swimming in the ocean, pickelball (I admit it!), dog walks, and most of all being in the Great OutDoors.
